Thanks for your interest in PENC's Student Adoption Program. Here is how it works:

Fill out the following information so that we can match you with a member whose interests match your own!
Within two weeks of submitting this information, we will contact you with information about your mentor. He/She should contact you soon thereafter.
Your mentor will pay the cost of your student membership in PENC ($20), which entitles you to all of the benefits that our members enjoy.
Our minimum expectation is that your mentor contact you twice a month and bring you to our Networking Night in February. Please indicate below if you would like a relationship that exceeds these expectations, meets these expectations, or falls somewhere between!
Regardless of the amount of contact, your mentor is expected to help you with whatever you need - academic assistance, career counseling, or simply some encouragement!
