OVERVIEW
This presentation discusses the requirements for the Self-Inspection Program. Specific details will be provided for maintaining documentation. Example forms will be reviewed and discussed for implementation on various project catagories.

Evangelyn Lowery-Jacobs is the Sediment Education Specialist with the Raleigh Central Office of NCDENR, Division of Land Resources, Land Quality Section. Before taking over her post in Raleigh in September 2010, Lowery-Jacobs served as an Assistant Regional Engineer for Land Quality in the Fayetteville Regional Office for two years.
A 1997 graduate of UNC-Pembroke, Lowery-Jacobs holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Biology and Chemistry. In 2007, she earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering Technology, also from UNC-Pembroke.
