Getting Started

Participation is easy! The easiest way to recruit other engineers is to share your experiences as a PENC member and the value of your membership.  In doing so, you'll share the many member benefits the organization offers. To help you out in your recruitment efforts, we've provided some recruiting tools and excellent recruiting tips for you to use in your efforts. 

In order to receive credit for the new members you recruit, make sure that they enter your name in the "Referred by" box on the paper or electronic application.  Each time a new member joins PENC using an application or referral form with your name listed as the referring member, we will enter the information into our database and keep track of your referrals to ensure that you receive recognition for your hard work.
